Product Summary

The UM6264D-70LL is a high-speed, low-power 65536-bit static random access memory organized as 8192 words by 8 bits and operates on a single 5-Volt power supply. The UM6264D-70LL is built using UMC’s high performance CMOS process. Inputs and three-state ouputs are TTL compatible and allow for direct interfacing with common system bus structures. Two chip select inputs are provided for power down and device select, and an output enable input is included for easy interface. Data retention is guaranteed at a powe supply voltage as low as 2V for the low power version.
