The TLE5250 is a 2.5-A High Performance Smart Power Stepper-Motor Driver with Diagnostic Interface. The TLE5250 is a monolithic IC in Smart Power technology for controlling and regulating the motor current in one phase of a bipolar stepping motor. There are other applications in driving DC motors and inductive loads that are operated on constant current.
